The court process for any family law issue can often be confusing and highly emotional. I strive to help clients feel less overwhelmed by the legal system and to be assured that their case is important to me and to everyone here."
As a single parent Melinda has a unique understanding of the challenges confronting divorcing parents and is committed to guiding them through the legal process. She also highly values working with clients who are experiencing other family law related issues. She is well aware of how complicated and sometimes bewildering these legal problems can become. Providing topnotch, supportive and timely paralegal services to each and every client is of the utmost importance to her.
At Littman Family Law, Melinda's interactions with clients begin with the initial phone call that a client makes to the firm when looking for assistance with a family law case. Melinda works closely with the lawyers to make sure that she understands the needs of each client. She is available to answer clients' questions and listen to their concerns as their case progresses. Melinda takes pride in assisting clients with their family law issue from the inception of their case through resolution.
