What is the cost of a consultation?
**Joshua Wohl is currently offering free consultation for the first 45 minutes. After the first 45 minutes the rate is $200/hour.
**David Littman is currently offering a special recession price reduction for his initial consultation for a limited time. David is offering the first hour at $150. After the first hour the rate is $295/hour.
Is a retainer required? In most cases, we do require a retainer based upon the legal matter you ask us to assist you with. That retainer is usually set during the initial consultation with our attorneys while you are meeting with them.
Do you accept cases on a contingent fee basis? It is ethically impermissible to perform family law work on a contingent fee basis.
