Aurora Divorce Attorneys — Experience For When It Counts
Our Experienced Legal Team Partners With You Throughout The Legal Process
Legal matters related to divorce and post-divorce modifications can be highly emotional. We approach your case with sensitivity and compassion for everyone involved, especially the children. While our attorneys are all experienced and highly competent litigators, we strive to help you and your family avoid the high costs and emotionally draining aspects of court by discussing the feasibility of utilizing techniques to successfully resolve your case outside of the courtroom. We will always work with you to ascertain which strategy is in your best interest and proceed accordingly.
Alternate dispute resolution techniques avoid time in court and can be used effectively to resolve divorce disputes or matters related to post-divorce modifications such as child support, custody/visitation, property division, alimony or other issues.
Fear of the unknown is often a predominant emotion for families dealing with the divorce process. We will take the time to explain the legal process, thereby addressing your concerns and helping you anticipate what to expect. Our commitment to actively partnering with you throughout our relationship provides the support you may need to make important decisions regarding your family and your future. We will encourage you to strive to resolve your divorce issues through collaborative divorce law and arbitration, early neutral evaluation or mediation only if these methods are in your best interest. If litigation is the best solution, each of our lawyers has the skill to effectively, aggressively and diligently advocate for your interests.
